Fill out the application form on this page. Please give as much information as possible and let us know what class you are most interested in.
We will go though all application information and get back to you on availability for the classes you desire. We will do our best to get your child assigned into a class.

Attention
- We recommend your child must be 2.5 years of age to join our program. However, special permission may be granted on a case-by-case basis. So please reach out to us for more information.
- Please bring a copy of your child's birth certificate, baptismal certificate or passport.
